Dental result and medical examination was one of the yearly requirements of our company. Most of the employee is required for a dental check up. Some of us have problems and required to have an appointment with the dentist before they approved that you are fit to work.
As we where check by the nurse in the hospital. One of us asked the nurse if how much did the company pay them for their services. We don’t have to pay their service because it is our privileged as an employee. She told us that the company is availing discount dental plans. That’s why it is not such a big burden for the company for the expenses. She said they were under a Dental Plans to make sure that the employee had their medical check up properly. One of us asked if they have an offer for families and groups affordable plans? For those who are not employed to a company but wanted to have discounts. She said of course, they have.
After the requirements are all done, were glad that all of us were approved by their medical officers that we are fit to work. But the medical examination must to be made yearly. Hoping next year we are still fit to work
