My father works as an electrician in a building that was under construction. He usually work for a company that has a project in different places. But most of his work was in a construction site.

I once asked him if how does the property owner secure the interest of his property. I got curious because I often see construction site when I was going school. I just wonder how the owner think about the security interest of his property. I was thinking if someday I will own a property like this how am I be able to protect my company.

My father said that security interest of the property owner is called. And for such proper it is called a construction liens. For this kind of property the owner used this liens to protect their interest. To avoid problems that they may encounter. I just thought if someday I’ll be having this kind of business I know I will know all the information needed for me to run this kind of business.
